Absolutely fantastic! From the most wonderful welcome by Dargan, excellent service from Carla and thankful Eddy wishing us a wonderful evening. The food was fabulous, chicken with artichokes, chicken parmigiana, calamari and a yummy bottle of red. Five star service, friendly faces and DELICIOUS food. Oh and a pizza to go for our kids! First time trying La Pizzeria last night--impressed is an understatement! While we only got takeout, the atmosphere in this restaurant really encapsulated a true Italian pizzeria. It almost feels like you're in Italy! Eddie was super helpful, welcoming, and kind. He even offered us a slice of cake, not knowing we were celebrating a birthday! We will definitely be back soon, hopefully to dine in.

Stopped in for a quick late night dinner and was really pleased with our pizza. We had a large thin crust pepperoni and it was delicious.
Hands down top notch!! I was looming forward to their Sicilian Marg Pizza, it was very impressive, walking in the vibe was perfect, it was busy and that speaks to what everyone else thinks as well. Excellent service over the top. Looking forward to my next visit!!! Highly recommend!!
We celebrated a friends birthday here. Most of us had the lasagna and the birthday girl had the chicken Parmesan. We added garlic knots after seeing the tiny dish of thin bread slices brought out. The knots are deep fried dough. The oil may have been rancid due to the flavor these had. We had the large Caesar salad which was enough for two to share prior to sharing lasagna. We had a few desserts to top off the night. Both were amazing
I met a couple in the Dallas airport on my way to Isle of Palm. The couple lives in Charleston. I told them where I was heading, and they suggested La Pizzeria. They said it was.on the way and that I would enjoy the food. So... we did stop there for dinner. Thank you, Alex and Terri... we definitely enjoyed the food. We would not have known about this restaurant, and I had not started talking to complete strangers. We had a salad, veggie pizza, bottle of wine, and cheesecake!!! Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!!!
Outstanding food and service! Our party of 5 arrived 20 minutes after they opened on Saturday night and got one of the last tables. Our server was very attentive. All of our entrees were delicious. We left room for desserts and all three were very good; a great way to end our meal! When we departed every table was filled and about 15 people were waiting to get a table. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in the Mount Pleasant area.
Best Neapolitan pizza I've had in Charleston and it's not even close. Admitted pizza snob from NY and I would travel to this place if it was back in NY-- it's that good. Pro tip- if getting a large cheese pie, order it with extra sauce. I thought that was the only thing missing, and imho I was right. Also, it's best to eat it hot right out of the oven in the restaurant. The owner Laura and servers Matty & Bridget are terrific!
We came here with family on our vacation! Absolutely incredible. Both the Sicilian and Neapolitan styles were delicious. This pizza is authentic Italian. The owner came and greeted us and told us the flour comes from Italy. 🇮🇹
